How to Order

Search by name, or browse the categories in the top menu. Filters let you narrow by price, location, and whether an item is made in Uganda or available for same-day delivery.

• Every listing shows the vendor, their rating, and where they ship from.
• A green check beside a vendor name means we have verified that store.
• Tap the heart on any product to save it to your wishlist for later.

Use the cart button on a product to add it. Your cart keeps its contents while you keep browsing, and if you sign in later the items follow you into your account.

• Change quantities or remove items any time from the cart page.
• We show you how many units a vendor has left when stock is running low.
• You can order from several vendors in one go.

Enter the name, phone number, and address the order should go to, then pick how you want it delivered. The delivery fee updates as you choose, so the total you see is the total you pay.

• Boda delivery - within about three hours around Kampala.
• Courier delivery - one to three business days countrywide.
• Pickup - collect from the vendor at no delivery cost.

Choose MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or cash on delivery where it is offered. For mobile money, a prompt arrives on the phone number you entered - approve it and your order is confirmed.

• Nothing is charged until you approve the prompt on your handset.
• Paying cash? Have the exact amount ready for the delivery agent.
• We never ask for your mobile money PIN, by phone or otherwise.

You land on a confirmation page as soon as the order is placed. Keep that link, or look the order up later with your order number and phone number. If you have an account, everything is listed under My Orders.
