01 What payment methods do you accept?
MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and cash on delivery in selected areas. For mobile money you approve a prompt on your phone - nothing is taken before that.
02 How long does delivery take?
Boda delivery around Kampala usually arrives within three hours. Courier delivery elsewhere in Uganda takes one to three business days. You can also pick up from the vendor for free.
03 Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest and still track your order using the order number and the phone number you gave. Creating an account simply keeps everything in one place.
04 Can I return something?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Perishables and made-to-order items are the main exceptions. See our Return Policy for the detail.
05 Is it safe to pay on iMarket?
Payments are handled by licensed mobile money partners, and we never see or store your PIN. Nobody from iMarket will ever call to ask for it.
06 How do I become a vendor?
Register an account and choose to sell. Our team reviews new stores, usually within 48 hours, and then you can start listing products from your vendor dashboard.
